Sub:PS-DTA- Decentralization of certain activities from APCFSS to DDOs/STOs Intimation -Reg

Attention of all the Deputy Directors of District Treasuries in the State is invited to the subject cited.
In the reference cited, Government have issued orders decentralizing
certain activities from APCFSS to the DTA /DWA /PAO besides appointing
them as Ex-Ofcio Project Directors of APCFSS. As part of
decentralization the following activities enclosed to this memo are
decentralized to DDO/STO level.
All the DTAOs are therefore
requested to create awareness among the DDOs regarding decentralized
activities. Apart from the above issues ,suggestions are welcomed
relating to Decentralization of CFMS activities.
